Working for your own home is a wonderful feeling. Knowing that you are going to be a homeowner. For your own labor will bring you the future that you want.

Working with our church your will receive a $15 per hour credit for building a total of 6 home in 21 months. After completing the first three homes you can move into your home, and at completion of your 6th home, you will have acquired a 20% downpayment to the home of your choice.

After the downpayment volunteering, you will have the remaining 80% of cost plus a great 3% APR (Annual percentage rate), for the length of your mortgage. It doesn’t matter if you take a 15-, 20-, 25-or 30-year mortgage, you still get a 3% APR mortgage rate.

In addition you will be given the opportunity to work for us on contract for the length of your mortgage. That means, we will hire you for 15, 20, 25 or 30 years employment, starting at $20 per hour for the first 3 month, then $25 per hour until the end of your first year, then $30 per hour for your second year with a guaranteed 5% or more increase every year (depending on the cost of living).

As a bonus incentive we offer to pay your mortgage for as long as you are employed by us. Which mean, if you have a 30-year mortgage and you contract with us for 30 years, you get the house for free. We take care of your mortgage; you get the credit for on time payment by performing loyal labor and adhering to the churches rule of conduct for employees.
